Sailboat White Swan BVe known as the “Floating Embassy” of the Navy visit Ubatuba.
Ubatuba will receive on July 10 (Sunday), the White Swan NVe (U-20), also known as "floating embassy".
The ship will be anchored in the vicinity of the Saco da Ribeira and Enseada Beach.
(It can be seen from Mirante of Praia Grande at around 11:00am).
At 14:00pm the White Swan NVe will be anchored in Itaguá Beach and can be visited from 14:00pm to 17:00pm.
The loading and unloading will be carried out by boats which are available at the pier of Tamoios Yacht Club.
After public visitation, it will spend the night on the Itaguá beach, and in the morning return to Rio de Janeiro.
The White Swan is a ship sailing of the Navy of Brazil, holding diplomatic and public relations functions.
Its mission is to represent Brazil in national and international sailing events, publicize the maritime mentality
in civil society and preserve naval traditions. It is occasionally used as a training ship.
Important- Visitation is only allowed for people over 12 and women with flat shoes.
